I have been there twice in 2 week and planning to go back tomorrow for Sunday brunch. The food is soooo good. The servers are friendly. The food is slow to come out of the kitchen but is well worth the wait. The portions are large so the price matches the amount of food you get. This is definitely a great find and a must visit if you're in Jefferson.
Was in there the last two days and was so disappointed! First day the place smelled of bleach so bad I had to ask them to prop the door open. Their bartender is a slob. The salads were okay, service sucked. Went in yesterday. A child slept at one table! GET A BABYSITTER! The place smelled. They royally screwed up our salads! My daughters salad had my meat on it and mine hers. Took forever for them to scrape it off and change that. WHO DOESN'T REMAKE THE SALADS! Bartender walked in as we were leaving straight up out of bed. So your staff can't afford babysitters and think it's appropriate to come in straight up out of bed. Jefferson deserves better. Get it together or get out of the way.
Had the chicken parmesan for dinner. It was excellent! Big portion, too. Took half home. Recommended by my daughter and son-in-law who eat there regularly. I will definitely return. Good service, too.
The food is very good. The deep dish pizza especially. It takes a little longer than some places as the food is made from scratch. It can be very busy in here.
Horrible service!! First impression, you walk in the door and won't be acknowledged for several minutes although servers are walking right past you. We were finally sat at a table but did not receive service for 5-10 more min. In fact, 2 families came in after us and had drinks before anyone stopped by our table. When we finally did receive waters, my pregnant wife's cup was dirty and had what looked like BLACK MOLD on the rim of the cup (we also did not receive any straws). The food takes forever to come out and then you are forgotten about. The food is nothing special. Don't waste your time or money. Go somewhere else. I do not recommend to anyone!
