I must defend this merchant. We have purchased two very large rugs and are very pleased with our product as well as price. We are now in the market for another large rug and plan to visit this merchant for our purchase. There are always a group of people who are impossible to please.

I regret giving you the impression that we would try to rip anybody off. The fact is that the rug in question was a higher quality rug that was misplaced probably by another customer or by a worker that doesn't distinguish one quality from another. that often happens in big warehouses were they carry huge selections and great prices. But a human mistake is not an opportunity for a customer to take advantage of as often happens. I assure that our prices are the best per quality value. i hope you give us another opportunity.
