Kroger is my usual go to store. They have a great selection and their prices are usually pretty reasonable. However, within the past 6 months their customer service has seemingly gone downhill. It looks like an almost completely new set of staff members and some of them just aren't that friendly.
I love the coupons! When I see they have rearranged things, I chuckle and say, "You just want me to have a different experience."
