Dr. Grimsley and his staff have been first class every time I visited their office.
Dr. Grimsley has a very friendly manner. He took time to talk with me to find out all my health concerns and address each one of them. He did not make me feel like just another number and in a hurry to move on to the next patient.
I would give a lower score if I could. Went after their scheduled lunches from 12-1, but couldn't get in until 1:20pm, because they were not back from lunch yet. Finally get in the door and all I needed was a skin test for nursing school. I was told that I was not one of their patients and that I couldn't be seen (which I have been there before) lady then says rudely to fill out some paperwork I started to and another woman comes up and says that she is not going to do one for me. I work for Northeast Ga Medical Center and to not be able to use one of our offices for a simple skin test is ridiculous. I only choose to go here, because I was about to pick my daughter up from school this NGPG was much closer for me then having to drive to Gainesville. Oddly enough another NGPG in Oakwood offered to do the skin test. So I do not understand why this one was so unwilling to help, I guess they were to lazy from stuffing their faces at lunch to actually work. I will never go back to this place nor will I refer anyone to them. I thought Northeast Ga had higher standards than this???
My Check up was well done with testing results and a note to add omega 3 to my consumption regimen. Appreciate the quality and time in performing a yearly routine test. Believe if your able, having a quarterly test done will be best prevention and consultation of Health and Wellbeing.
Prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy electronically.
Wait time in waiting area was minimal, 5 to 10 minutes. Wait time in room was about the same, 5 to 10 minutes. Staff was professional and friendly.
