An all around top notch office. You will be greeted by Nancy with a beautiful smile. If you get your teeth cleaned by Dana you are going to love it. But, if it is anyone else I am sure it will be the same. They are so in-tune to your needs and make sure you are comfortable in every way. I have great fear of dental so if they can make me comfortable I am sure they can you. Dr. Herr is the best, he explains everything to you and doesn't make you feel like a dummy if you don't understand. I have bad teeth and I have not seen a dentist in more than 5 years, they are taking care of my teeth and getting me back in good mouth health. I had 2 crowns done early this morning. Dr. Herr gave me call at close of office to make sure I was okay and to make me aware if I felt any discomfort to not hesitate to call. I was concerned about finance as I have no insurance but they have an in house plan that works well for me and my husband. Give this office a try if you are looking for a dentist with great employees. Heather, Candy, Evelyn all wonderful and if I missed anyone it is because they did not work on me but they all have lovely smiles and are very friendly. Cant always find an office that is 100% in every aspect but I think I have.
I am 71 and this group is the best ever! Immaculate facility and staff is very attentive to your needs and Dr. Herr is fabulous to say the least.
Great service, people, and atmosphere! It's been about three years since the last time I went in; I was nervous and a bit embarrassed when I told the staff, but they were as nice and kind as could be! As for the painful things (which I did have to get done), Dr.Herr explained to me what he was doing so I wasn't in the dark, and always forewarned me when pain was coming. Even the scariest things (mouth shots! Ahh!) were a breeze compared to other dentists I've had in the past; the initial pain subsided quickly and the injection itself was smooth. Overall, Dr.Herr is knowledgeable in what he does and has a great staff to back him up! I would definitely recommend him to those looking for an experienced, personable dentist.
I've been going to Dr Herr since Dr Wright left. He and his staff are wonderful. He's now moved into his new office and it is beautiful with a wonderful view from the chairs. It is also the most modern facility I have ever been in. Same day crowns are awesome. No giant blinding lights in my eyes. I have recommended him to other family members and they agree he is the best.
The best Dentist ever!!! Dr.Herr really cares about the well being of his patients. I went to him thinking that I needed to have 2 extractions done. However Dr.Herr was able to save both of my teeth. He takes his time and explains everything with great detail. I could not be more pleased with his care. If you are in need of a Dentist Dr. Herr is the go to Dentist. !!!!!!!
