Staff seems to yell when talking to customers. Not in a mean way but like everyone is hard of hearing. I don't want my business loud enough for everyone to hear. Building is also too small.
The typical banking staff is amazing. Investment staff doesn't follow up as promised. The parking situation is horrid. Entering the location since road was changed is a pain. Many of us in this area drive trucks, this parking lot is FAR from truck friendly.

The most unprofessional office I have ever been to. Not 1 employee wanted to help me. 1 employee snickered and murmured under her breath and they all kept sending me to different employees. I will never visit that location again.
